Policy

At LV STUDIO, I want to provide you with the very best service and respect your time (and mine!). Therefore, I have the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation or rescheduling:
Can’t make your appointment? No problem! Just let me know at least 24 hours in advance.

If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up, I will unfortunately have to charge 75% of the total amount.

No-show:
If you do not show up at all without notifying me, the full amount of your appointment will be charged.

Let’s keep it on time:
Time is valuable, so I kindly ask you to arrive on time, so I have enough time to make you shine!

If you are more than 15 minutes late, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to complete your treatment in full. This may mean that your treatment will be shortened or that I will have to charge the full amount of your appointment.
